To mark the beginning of Navarathri the prep school at SSFI celebrated the Heritage festival. The festival is conducted every year during Navrathri to celebrate the spirit of community with much fun fare. This year’s Virtual Heritage festival was equally exciting and learners where immersed in understanding about culture, heritage and coexistence. The session was filled enriching experiences such as golu visits, storytelling and origami. The session began with virtual golu visit with focus on how importance is given to animals in the golu. The story of animals narrated by the guest Mr.Mohan from Thinnai Storytellers encouraged learners to share and care for everything around us. Towards the end the learners learnt how to make an origami paper flower.
